An impact is made when the needs of others are placed in greater priority than the needs of the group. Or when the ‘greater good’ is the driving factor in decision making. It’s when doing the best thing possible is the only thing possible.
Impact is compounding. Working toward the ‘greater good’ creates a stronger sense of loyalty and trust of a solution from the user. They trust the intent, so they trust the solution.
